After a long trip, you finally arrive in Guatemala. In spite of your expeditions in Africa and Asia, Central America promises to be a challenge, even for such an experienced photographer as yourself. Your employer provides you with a list of monuments, a touristic guide (the exhibition) and an all-terrain vehicule. At the beginning of your guide is an index that will help you to find information as well as a map that will help you to find your way. To fulfil your contract, you must photograph 7 monuments in a period of 7 days. However, you only have the description of the monuments. So, you must first identify them and then find your way. That's the challenge you are facing.

Day 1: After loading your equipment in your vehicule, you examine the list. The first monument to photograph is one of the highest Maya stelas commemorating a military conquest in the 8th century. On your map, there are many cities to choose from. Name of the monument:

Day 2: The trip as been long but you must now leave again in search of a hieroglyphic stairway showing the story of a royal dynasty that ruled for 400 years. According to your guide, this monuments is located in a city famous for the quality of its sculptures. Name of the monument:

Day 3: After a good night sleep, you're back on the road to find a complex of pyramids that used to serve as a royal cemetery in a vast city. You will have no trouble finding this famous monument by following the touristic signs. Name of the monument:

Day 4: The trip went without incidents and you continue your journey to photograph one of the oldest Maya temples that used to be made of perishable materials. Your guide doesn't indicate the road to follow but the site is well known by local guides. Name of the monument:

Day 5: After a well deserved rest, your list gets you back on the road in search of a sarcophagus buried in the crypt of one of the largest Maya pyramids. It is said that the sculptures of the sarcophagus show the passage to the world of the dead. Name of the monument:

Day 6: The exhausting heat has slowed you down but you are back on the road in search of a sculpted mural showing a mythical tale. According to your guide, it is located in one of the last cities to have resisted to the decline of the Maya civilization. Name of the monument:
